Voga Camp exists thanks to the passion the founders have for their city : Venice, its territory, its inhabitants and their lives and crafts, some of them extraordinary and unique people in their special way and above all, driven by great enthusiasm and love for what they do. Venice, seen from the water and visiting its important islands is like living inside a dream and is the most magical experience ever!

During the boat excursions, we use as a logistic base and support structure, the network of "rowers", which are numerous in every island of the lagoon. Here we have the opportunity to meet the great "ancients" of the oar, that is, the rowing champions of the past who still help teach at the rowing clubs to pass on to the younger generations the secrets of their art, learned throughout a lifetime spent rowing.
From the ancient history of Venice, we propose a historical location: Metamauco, now called Malamocco, ancient port of the Serenissima where goods arrived from the mainland from Padua to the historical centre of Venice. Gloria Rogliani, as sports director and head of "peer education" at the Marinelli Fonte Institute in Venice, has included in the study curriculum the experience of "peer education" to accompany students in the "alternation between school and work” by acquiring well-defined skills in line with what will be their professional career. Alternance between school and work is an innovative way of teaching which, through practical experience, helps students to consolidate the knowledge acquired during their schooling and to learn how to behave in their future professional environment. The program also aims to test " hands on" students' aptitudes, enriching their training and guiding their path towards their future workplace. The characteristic of the program, set up by Gloria Rogliani for the Marinelli Fonte Institute, is founded on an educational offer based on the general philosophy of "learn by doing", aimed at involving students, right from the first year, on a specific path, called "peer education", that will accompany them progressively from their entry in the course of studies up to the specific activity characterised by the curriculum of the school. That is why accompanying students in "peer education" to a dedicated project of experiential tourism, means leading them to develop a sensitivity towards the territory, bringing them, at the same time, to a concreteness in eco-related matters, sustainability, integration and solidarity. The spirit that animates the initiative is: "learn by doing" for the new Venetian citizens !!! The Marinelli Fonte Institute, partner of ASD Gloria Rogliani project, will accompany students towards work awareness by activating all the soft skills required in the world of work, training them in "critical thinking" while, at the same time providing them with a range of practical knowledge with which they will have the opportunity to take part in the development of the programme.
